
Customer Management
The Customer Records component enables you to comprehensively manage your customer details.
It comprises the following six tabs, each providing information about the selected customer:Customer Details - Primarily contains your customer address/delivery details
Contact Details - Add/Edit/Delete extra contact information for the current customer
Statement - View/Print/Edit the Statement for the current customer
Sales - Filter/Search/Add/Delete/Print/Export all Sales transactions for the current customer
Transfers - Filter/Search/Add/Delete/Print/Export all Transfer transactions for the current customer
Quotations - Filter/Search/Add/Delete/Print/Export all Quotations for the current customer
Within this component you can:
Create a new customer
Search for a customer
Edit a customer
Delete a customer
Create a new Invoice
Create a new Credit Note
Create a new Quotation
Add extra Contact details
Add extra Delivery details
View/Edit/Print a Statement
View/Add/Edit/Delete/Print Sales transactions for this customer
View/Add/Edit/Delete/Print Transfer transactions for this customer
