Business Accountz Enterprise Annual Service Contract
What is a service contract?
We release product updates and new features on a regular basis. Some of these are free and some are chargeable. Our service contracts enable you to get all updates for free for as long as the service contract is in force.
The service contract also includes free telephone support (subject to a fair usage policy), please see the terms and conditions. Telephone support covers both technical and bookkeeping queries.
What can you expect from the service contract?
- Extra product features (see below) as part of the service contract price - any product feature that is compatible with the version of Business Accountz you have and is launched within the period of your service contract will be delivered at no additional cost, with the exception of multi-user licensing, and additional copies of extra company licenses.
- Telephone Support - available during normal office hours and subject to terms and conditions, see below.
- Access to learning resources you will be given access to extra learning resources as they are developed in a dedicated area of the Accountz.com web site.

What new product features are available or planned
There are many in the pipeline, the following is a selection of ready and planned modules:
- Budgeting and Forecasting A must for any business but usually neglected by most small businesses. This superb module lets you enter budgets for spending and estimates for sales so you can plan ahead and then compare actuals with your forecasts (ready).
- Management ReportsYou already have access to a whole raft of definable reports within Business Accountz, but this module adds a set of pre-defined management reports that will give you month by month comparisons as well as year to date figures (ready).
- Product Management Users of Professional and Enterprise already have presets and all the columns necessary to sell products, but this feature includes a product database so you can track individual product sales across time and view stock quantities (ready).
- Cost Centres If you ever wanted to slice and dice your accounts in a different way, cost centres are a really useful tool. You can assign any transaction to any cost centre (and have as many cost centres as you like). This gives you the ability to produce mini P&L's on any aspect of your business. Superb for project management (September 2010).
