Refunds Policy

 


Only for items bought direct from us: When you purchase Home Accountz or Business Accountz you are able to trial the products without registering them for 14 days. Please be aware that if you do register the product you cannot return it for a refund.


Boxed/Downloaded Products : If for any reason you find one of our products unsuitable for your purposes, AND YOU BOUGHT IT FROM US, please follow the instructions below:


Boxed products: kindly email us at accountz.com confirming the product to return and the date it was purchased. We will then ask you to return the complete package by recorded delivery to the address below with your receipt within 14 days of purchase. Provided the above conditions are met we will refund your monies. If the product has been registered, you cannot return it for a refund. Please note that postage and packaging charges are non refundable.

Downloaded products: Kindly email us at accountz.com stating you wish to return the product and the date it was purchased. We will then ask you to email back your purchase confirmation email. We can only honour refunds completed with 14 days of purchase. Provided the above conditions are met we will refund your monies less an administration charge of £10. If the product has been registered, you cannot return it for a refund. If you bought the product from another retailer, please contact them in the first instance. It will help us to improve our products if you would also explain why you are returning the software. Thank you. Please note that if a product has been registered it cannot be refunded, and the licence is not transferable. Please note that it is not possible to refund an upgrade/additional module for any product.
