Refunds Policy and End User Licence Agreement

Please note that the returns policies for Personal and Business Accountz differ slightly due to the way that the products are licensed. Please ensure that you read and understand the returns policy that relates to the product you wish to
purchase.

Business Accountz

Please note that when you purchase Business Accountz you don’t need to register the product for 30 days. If you register the product you cannot return it within 14 days for a refund.

Boxed/Download Products: If for any reason you find one of our products unsuitable for your purposes, AND YOU BOUGHT IT FROM US, please follow the instructions below:-

• Boxed Products: In the first instance please email support at accountz.com confirming the product you wish
  to return and the date it was purchased and request an RMA number. When you receive your RMA number return
  the complete package in the condition you received it in, quoting your RMA number, and send it by recorded
  delivery to the address below together with your receipt within 14 days of purchase. Provided the above
  conditions are met we will refund the monies you paid minus a £10 administration fee.
• Download Products: In the first instance please email support at accountz.com stating you wish to return
  the product, the date it was purchased, your licence key and request an RMA number. When you receive
  your RMA number please email back your purchase confirmation email together with your RMA number. We can
  only honour refunds completed with 14 days of purchase.
  Provided the above conditions are met we will refund the monies you paid minus a £10.00 administration fee.

If you bought the product from another retailer, please contact them in the first instance.
It will help us to improve our products if you would also explain why you are returning the software. Thank you.

Please note that if a product has been registered it cannot be refunded, and the licence is not transferable.
Please note that it is not possible to refund an upgrade for any product.

Personal Accountz

Boxed/Download Products: If for any reason you find Personal Accountz unsuitable for your purposes,
AND YOU BOUGHT IT FROM US, please follow the instructions below:-

  to return and the date it was purchased and request an RMA number. When you receive your RMA number return

End User Licence Agreement

As Accountz.com Ltd has no control over the way this software may be used, nor the data entered into it, it
cannot accept responsibility for any results obtained from it. The user is entirely responsible for the data
entered and the way in which that data is manipulated and subsequently used. If this is not acceptable,
please do not use this software.
