Refunds Policy
This refunds policy relates to any software product purchased directly from Accountz
Please note that when you purchase Home Accountz or Business Accountz you don’t need to register the product for 30 days. If you register the product you cannot return it for a refund.
Boxed/Download Products: If for any reason you find one of our products unsuitable for your purposes, AND YOU BOUGHT IT FROM US, please follow the instructions below:-
- Boxed Products: In the first instance please email support at accountz.com confirming the product you wish
to return and the date it was purchased and request an RMA number. When you receive your RMA number return the complete package in the condition you received it in, quoting your RMA number, and send it by recorded delivery to the address below together with your receipt within 14 days of purchase. Provided the above conditions are met we will refund the monies you paid minus a £10 administration fee. If the product has been registered, you cannot return it for a refund. - Download Products: In the first instance please email support at accountz.com stating you wish to return
the product, the date it was purchased, your licence key and request an RMA number. When you receive
your RMA number please email back your purchase confirmation email together with your RMA number. We can only honour refunds completed with 14 days of purchase. Provided the above conditions are met we will refund the monies you paid minus a £10.00 administration fee. If the product has been registered, you cannot return it for a refund.
If you bought the product from another retailer, please contact them in the first instance.
It will help us to improve our products if you would also explain why you are returning the software. Thank you.
Please note that if a product has been registered it cannot be refunded, and the licence is not transferable.
Please note that it is not possible to refund an upgrade for any product.
Personal Accountz
Please note that the returns policy for Personal Accountz differs slightly from Business/Home Accountz due to the way that the products are licensed. Personal Accountz has been replaced with a brand new personal finance application, Home Accountz, released on 24th May 2010. Personal Accountz will no longer be sold directly by Accountz although the returns policy below will remain in place until 6th June 2010.
