Optional Extras
There are many additional modules available for the Business Accountz range. Many are included free if you take out an annual service contract. Extra Company Licences
You can add extra company licences to all versions of Business Accountz. It is easy to navigate between companies within Business Accountz and this extra feature is beneficial for businesses or organisations wishing to account separately for more than one entity. For Business Accountz Basic it is £49+VAT, for Professional and Enterprise it is £99+VAT.
Budgeting and Forecasting
Budgeting and Forecasting is a licence add-on available to Professional and Enterprise users, enabling you to generate Budget, Forecast and Year to Date reports. The Forecast tab shows a monthly breakdown of your year to date figures, plus your projected figures for the remaining months of the set period (which can be fine tuned if necessary), combined to show a Forecast total for the year as it stands. The Year to Date tab compares your projected Budget totals against your Actual and Forecast totals. £99+VAT (Professional and Enterprise only)
Management Reports
Management Reports is a licence add-on available to Professional and Enterprise users and allows preset reports to be printed at the click of a button, in addition to the powerful data filtering already available in Business Accountz. Business Accountz Professional and Enterprise include options to view and print a Trial Balance, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet. If you have the Management Reports module, the Chart of Accounts and all three reports are extended to include Year to Date and Last Year balances. This lets you compare the current year with the previous year. With the Management Reports module installed, you can also simulate a year end even if you have not yet created any. This gives you the ability to view comparison management reports without needing to physically close a year. £99+VAT (Professional and Enterprise only)
Product Management
Product Management is a licence add-on available to Enterprise users only. This functionality enables you to keep track of your stock items. You can name your stock items and record a reference, barcode and price against each item. You can view a history by stock item of all sales and purchase transactions, showing the purchasing and selling price for every transaction, as well as any quotes received or purchase orders sent. The history also shows the volume of stock left in the business, plus the running balance of the price you purchased or sold at, and your gross margin. £99+VAT (Enterprise only)
Multi-currency
The multi-currency module adds extra columns to all relevant tables in any version of Business Accountz. This allows any transaction to be recorded in any currency. Currencies from any country and at any rate can be set on any transaction. Foreign currency accounts can be included in your Chart of Accounts and their balances are always shown in your base currency. As with all transactions, any part of a transaction can be edited at any time, so if you need to change the rate retrospectively, you can do so. Independent templates for invoices and quotes (Professional and Enterprise only) can be set up, as well as purchase orders (Enterprise only). £99+VAT (Professional and Enterprise only)
Annual Service Contracts
Service Contracts are available for Business Accountz Basic, Professional and Enterprise versions delivering telephone support for 12 months (subject to a fair usage policy) and extra product features (for Professional and Enterprise versions). For a very low monthly cost you can have the comfort and convenience of telephone support delivered by the Accountz technical team.
Business Accountz Training
The Accountz one day training approach will help you to get to grips with computerising your book keeping and accounting processes using Business Accountz. It is a fully interactive day using your computer (or one supplied by us) to show you exactly how professional bookkeeping works and how to apply it to your business.
