Then you also have full access to our email support. If you want to discuss something in private, this is the way to go.
All Business Accountz users get 30 days free telephone support from the day you register your product. After that there is an optional telephone support contract. This starts at £5 a month for Business Accountz Basic users. But why pay when you can use our email or forum for free 24/7 support? Well, some customers prefer to talk one on one. It's your choice.
For Home Accountz users there is also a telephone support contract if you want it. The cost for that is currently £69 a year including VAT, but remember you have free email and forum support 24/7 for life!
