You have 24/7 access to our popular forums. We have one for home and personal finance and another for our business customers.
They are manned by our support staff as well as qualified bookkeepers. Our customers are also very active, and this helps build our community.
The most popular section of the forums is called Essential Answers. This is where we consolidate discussions into single definitive answers.
The forums have been active for over 5 years now, so if your question is to do with bookkeeping, it very likely already has an essential answer written and waiting for you.
Then you also have full access to our email support. If you want to discuss something in private, this is the way to go.
Telephone
All Business Accountz users get 30 days free telephone support from the day you register your product. After that there is an optional telephone support contract. This starts at £5 a month for Business Accountz Basic users. But why pay when you can use our email or forum for free 24/7 support? Well, some customers prefer to talk one on one. It's your choice.
For Home Accountz users there is also a telephone support contract if you want it. The cost for that is currently £69 a year including VAT, but remember you have free email and forum support 24/7 for life!
